LTBHS Testimonials
Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity you gave Rogan and me. The dogs and I have been running everyday now. When we are not running, playing or cuddling, Rogan and I have been working hard learning tricks and manners. He is doing amazingly well! We are so happy, this sweet boy has joined our family. Paws for News!
Adopt a Dog

My name is Bourbon. I was found by a family who, unfortunately, was unable to keep me. I love to play with other dogs and I'm friendly with children. I'm only six months old so I have lots of energy. I really would love to attend my free session of dog obedience training that comes with my adoption. If you're in the market for a fun loving family dog, please come meet me.
Adopt a Cat

Little Traverse Bay Humane Society is a donor-funded, no-kill, non-profit organization that offers a temporary home to companion animals. More than 500 dogs and cats are adopted annually. In addition to being an adoption center, Little Traverse Bay Humane Society offers a variety of programs including the “Pit Stop Program,” the “Ruff-to-Ready Scholarship Program,” low-cost spay and neutering services, and boarding and grooming.
“We are thrilled Marci has joined Little Traverse Bay Humane Society as we embark on a capital campaign to expand our organization to offer more services in our quest to help animals find their forever homes,” said Executive Director, Deter Racine.
“I am passionate about the mission of Little Traverse Bay Humane Society and the opportunity to continue to both grow the organization and share all of its amazing successes – all with the common goal of helping dogs and cats find loving homes,” Singer said.
