The Little Traverse Bay Humane Society depends upon the generous support of our community. We have an active and steadfast membership that provides us with continued financial help. Our committed volunteers assist us with everything from cleaning to office tasks. We also receive contributions of kennel supplies.

Give the Gift of Animal Security
What do you give the person that has everything? For the animal lovers on your list a membership to the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society may be the perfect present.

Membership starts at $30 and, as a member, your gift receipient will enjoy our newsletter The Pet Gazette, invitations to all of our events, and most importantly the satisfaction of knowing that the animals that they love are being well cared for.

Or consider giving them a one year dog kennel ($1,200 for one year) or cat condo sponsorship ($500 for a year). We will send regular reports about the animals that have resided in them, what they have been doing while at the shelter, and where they found permanent homes.

Dog Kennel Sponsorships
Would you like to sponsor a dog kennel for a year? Your dog kennel sponsorship will provide a safe haven for at least 15 dogs that will spend time with us while they await their new permanent homes.

Dog kennel sponsorship purchases high quality dog food to nourish these dogs, building up their bodies and bringing the luster back to their fur. It will pay for the medical attention that they require including vaccinations.

When you become a dog kennel sponsor we will send you periodic updates to illustrate your contribution in action. This “Year in the Life of the Kennel” will give you pictures of the dogs that have resided in the kennel, their improvement, and the stories of their adopted families.
