Oversees all shelter operations, fundraising, grant writing and budgeting. Past experience includes professional grooming, kennel and grooming business management. Mother to "Bertie," her bulldog and shelter employee. Deter has been with LTBHS for more than 15 years.

Dr ADr. Deborah Andreen, DVM 
Dr. Andreen has over 20 years’ experience in veterinary medicine with a focus in diagnostic and surgical procedures.  She resides in Harbor Springs with her husband, three children, cats Guinness and Clementine and dog, Briar.

Fulfills the ANGEL (Animals Need to Give Everybody Love) grant by taking LTBHS animals to senior care facilities for the purpose of offering elders the chance to interact with animals. Jane has both veterinary technician and elder care experience and has been with LTBHS for more than 12 years.

She is mother to her beloved cocker spaniel, Pebbles.  Teresa has been with the organization for more than five years.

Julie has over 17 years’ experience working as a veterinary technician.  She is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the clinic including surgery, x-ray, laboratory and ultrasound procedures in addition to general patient care.  Julie has three dogs of her own, Dale, Otto and Sid, and one cat, T.J.

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and increasing awareness of LTBHS by facilitating positive public relations and creating collateral materials. When not at LTBHS, Jessica enjoys spending time with her own pets, dogs Newtin and Layla, and cats Binx and Bonnie.

Dr. Fowler joins LTBHS with a special interest in surgical procedures, specifically spay/neuter. Prior to LTBHS, she spent considerable time working with non-profit groups in the Detroit area performing spay/neuter surgeries on shelter animals. She enjoys spending time with her own dogs, Zoey and Bear.

Responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors.  Sonya stays busy at home keeping up with her three dogs, Norman, Porter and Teagan (formerly Sugar, adopted from LTBHS).

Autumn is responsible for caring for patients, including those recovering from surgery. She also makes sure the clinic is kept clean and orderly.

Responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, supervising kennel staff, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors. Elizabeth has been with LTBHS for more than five years. When not at LTBHS, Elizabeth spends time with her dogs, Chaz and Bobby.

Chelsea is responsible for managing all of the organization's accounts and finances, in addition to facilitating donor relations.  She is responsible for managing human resources and maintaining employee relations.  Chelsea has two dogs of her own, both rescues, Duke and Waylon.

Grooms LTBHS animals for cleanliness and to restore their coats to a healthy state. Provides professional grooming to the public. Patty has been with LTBHS for more than 12 years and is the former shelter kennel manager. She has three rescued dogs from LTBHS and enjoys taking care of and riding her two horses.

Beverly has been with LTBHS for nine years.Beverly oversees all aspects of Little Traverse Bay Veterinary Clinic’s daily operations, in addition to managing the organization’s IT initiatives.  She has been with the organization for over nine years.  When not at the clinic, Beverly enjoys spending time training her own dogs, Captain and Taz. 

Jen Juilleret, Veterinary AssistantJen
Jen is responsible for assisting in all aspects of Little Traverse Bay Veterinary Clinic, including surgery, x-ray, laboratory and ultrasound procedures in addition to general patient care.   She also performs dental cleanings.  Jen has over 19 years of experience as a veterinary technician and enjoys spending time with her own dogs, Carl and Tank, and cat, Punkin, when she’s not at the clinic.

Kaylyn grooms LTBHS animals for cleanliness and to restore their coats to a healthy state. Provides professional grooming to the public. When Kaylyn is not busy caring for the animals at LTBHS, she enjoys spending time with her five dogs, four rabbits, three cats, two turkeys, one ferret and numerous chickens and goats.

Allyssa is responsible for managing the organization's donor database in addition to helping facilitate mailings, amplify donor relations and assist with events. She loves spending time with her own dogs, Annie, Wrelf and Benny and cats, Charlie and Max.

Robyn is responsible for managing the clinic's front office which includes greeting and checking in/out clients, in addition to managing appointments and various other duties.  Robyn has two rescue dogs of her own, Remi and Otis.

Amburr is responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors.  Amburr enjoys spending time with her own dogs Nova, Sid and newly adopted Shelby when she's not at the shetler.

Responsible for coordinating the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society Dog Training Program, as well as evaluating the individual training needs of each dog and setting personalized goals. Kristen is also responsible for the daily care of boarding and daycare animals, including training and exercising dogs, greeting visitors and keeping the facility clean. When Kristen is not busy training other dogs to be on their best behavior, she's working with her own - Buddy and Pigeon.

Responsible for the daily care of boarding and daycare animals, training and walking dogs, greeting visitors and keeping the facility clean. Rochelle can often be seen around the shelter with her own dog, Hershey.

Catherine is responsible for grooming both client and shelter animals and making sure they look and feel their best! She also provides daily care for boarding and daycare animals, in addition to greeting clients and keeping the facility clean. Catherine does a great job giving personal attention to every animal in her care, as well as her own two cats, Moray and Xena.
